Scott St. Germaine, Director
Mr. St. Germaine is a subsurface and manufacturing potash and salt expert, with comprehensive technical knowledge as it concerns subsurface Michigan potash solution mining, and surface evaporation, crystallization, and co-generation. He has over 28 years in subsurface and surface potash operations. Up until 2011, he was the Mosaic Hersey Production Manger, where he held that position for six years. Prior, he was the Mosaic Hersey Capital Investment Manager.
Aric J. Glasser, Director (P.E.)
Mr. Glasser is a petroleum engineer specializing in natural resource characterization and investment decision risk analysis. He currently serves as Manager, Acquisitions and Divestitures for WPX Energy. Prior, He was Business Development and Planning Manager at SM Energy. He has extensive experience in Economic evaluations and has authored a commercially‐available software program utilized widely by industry in natural resource evaluations. He has prior experience with Conoco and ConocoPhillips and has worked on assets in Nigeria, Venezuela, Canada, Qatar, Russia, Tunisia, Indonesia, and throughout the United States. B.S. Mr. Abram is the Founder and Manager of News Street Investment Partners. Abrahm formed Forsite Capital, a real estate investment firm which also provides certain advisory services to Forsite Development and its affiliates. Abrahm was also a founding partner of Gulf Stream Asset Management. Started in March 2002, Gulf Stream was a Charlotte, NC-based manager of corporate-credit assets where Abrahm headed the trading side of the business and directed market strategy for the firm. With approximately $3.5B of assets under management, Gulf Stream was sold to Apollo Global Management in October of 2011. Abrahm previously served as the Head of Syndicated Loan Finance and led the Loan Sales & Trading business at Wachovia Securities, which he joined in 1993. After receiving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University and an International Business degree from Nijenrode University in the Netherlands, Abrahm joined Chemical Bank (formerly, Manufacturers Hanover) in 1989 within the Leveraged Finance credit division.
Mr. Janotta is a expert in solution mining crystallization, product drying, process troubleshooting, pond management, screening, chemical engineering, evaporation, compacting technologies, commissioning and operational readiness, potash sales and marketing, and change management. He was responsible for all comissioning and trouble shooting at the Mosaic Company, and commissioned Hersey in 1997. Mr. Janotta was also responsible for all industrial product specification and product management for the major industrial clients of potash worldwide.
